Lin (Chern Lin) Koh has over 10 years of professional experience in seafood processing, product development, quality assurance and safety.
Lin joined the Food and Agricultural Product Center (Oklahoma State University) in 2007 as Research Associate in the food chemistry laboratory. After spending 6 years in academia, Lin joined Pacific Seafood Group as Quality Assurance and Research Development Specialist in 2013 and later became the Territory Sales Manager for Neogen Corporation (Seafood Division) in 2016.
Lin is AFDO Seafood HACCP certified, and currently served as California’s Representative for the Pacific Fisheries Technologists Association.
Lin earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science at Oklahoma State University and a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology at Oregon State University.
